The Department of National Defence has a requirement for the supply of a Radar Signal Stimulator for the Naval Electronic Warfare Center (NEWC) in order to enhance operational support to the RCN in Electronic Attack and Electronic Support by providing NEWC with Commercial Off-The-Shelf test equipment to test, verify, and validate Electronic Support Measures libraries. There are no security requirements associated with this requirement. The requirement is not subject to a preference for Canadian goods and/or services. The Crown retains the rights to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
