Solicitation # FA3010-14-R-0012 Class Code: J065 NAICS Code: 811219 Description: Maintenance and Repair of Radiation Therapy Equipment/Software Keesler AFB intends to solicit and award a firm fixed price contract to Varian Medical Systems 2250 Newmarket Parkway Suite 120 Marietta GA 30067 for the maintenance and repair of Medical Diagnostic Equipment systems. The proposed period of performance for this requirement is 01 Oct 2014 through 30 September 2015 plus four options for a total of 66 months. Vendor shall provide calibration, preventative maintenance and repair and software upgrades of equipment and machines listed below; as well as support equipment per manufacturer's recommendations and all subcomponent associated with those units all in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. All equipment is located in the Keesler Air Force Base, Mississippi Medical Center. All offers meeting government requirements and standards will be accepted and considered.
