NSN(s): 2930-01-308-9191 Item Description: Radiator, Engine Coolant. Item is being bought in accordance with (19207) drawing 12352900. The total quantity required is 177 each to be shipped to W25G1U with an option to purchase an additional 177 each at the discretion of the Government. This solicitation is an RFP and will be available on the Internet at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp after the issue date of 26 February 2016. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. Technical drawings/bid sets are available after the same issue date on the Internet at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ then click the cFloders under the Technical Data tab. Requests should include the RFP number, opening/closing date, NSN, purchase Request Number, buyer's name and your complete name and address. FEDERAL, MILITARY AND COMMERCIAL SPECIFICATIONS CANNOT BE PROVIDED BY DSCC. This solicitation is being issued as 100% Small Business Set-Aside. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, and past performance. The required delivery is 140 days for Production. Item requires a First Article Test. Delivery of FAT is 60 days with 30 days for Government review. Total delivery with FAT requirement is 230 days. Delivery will be 140 days with waiver of FAT.
