The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement to procure communications management and monitoring equipment, Radio Base Station Kits.
This RFP requires bidders to use Canada Post Corporation's (CPC) Connect service. Submissions must be sent via CPC Connect. Bidders may submit their offers by CPC Connect provided by Canada Post Corporation. Bidders must refer to item #4.4 of the RFP entitled Offers Submitted by Canada Post Corporation's (CPC) Connect service, for further information on using this method.
Supply Arrangement #W6399-21CA06 holders (only) have been emailed Request for Proposal W6399-23DB18 Radio Base Station Kits. Other interested bidders may submit bids to qualify for the Supply Arrangement #W6399-21CA06 first. Once qualified for the Supply Arrangement #W6399-21CA06, bidders will be able to access W6399-23DB18 Radio Base Station Kits Request for Proposal.
Canada will not extend the RFP to provide additional time for bidders to qualify for the Supply Arrangement and submit a proposal for this RFP.
Delivery Date: All the deliverables must be received on or before 31 March 2023.
The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
