NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number W8474-248421 dated 14 June 2023 with a closing of date of 21 July 2023 at 14:00 EDT. A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to bidders/offerors/suppliers who bid on the previous solicitation. Radio Frequency (RF) Shelter, including input/output (I/O) Plate, Electromagnetic Interference (EMI) Hardened Lights, Ventilation System and User Manual. The Department of National Defence (DND) requires the purchase of a portable RF Shelter, including I/O Plate, EMI Hardened Lights, Ventilation System and User Manual, in order to create a shielded test space which prevents RF and electromagnetic frequencies from entering and exiting. Item Description 1. RF Shelter including I/O Plates, EMI Hardened Lights, Ventilation System and User Manual, Quantity 1 Tendering procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid. Canadian Content: The requirement is subject to a preference for Canadian goods and/or services. Nature of Requirement: DND is responsible for the testing and maintenance of RF/EMI sensitive electronics equipment, which could be damaged if exposed to uncontrolled RF energy. For this activity an RF Shelter including I/O Plates, (EMI) Hardened Lights, Ventilation System and User Manual is required. The requirement in its entirety, is detailed within the RFP at Annex “A” Requirement. Delivery Date: 28 March 2024 Competitive Procurement Strategy: A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract. Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: This procurement is not subject to a Comprehensive Land Claims Agreement. Security Requirements: This contract does not include security requirements.
