Radiology Room Relocation

PLEASE READ THIS NOTICE CAREFULLY AS IT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY NOTICE THAT WILL BE PUBLISHED. Pursuant to the authority of FAR 13.106-1 (b)(1)(i), the Department of the Navy (DON), on behalf of the Naval Hospital Beaufort, SC intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Excel Imaging Solutions LLC., 7029 Albert Pick Rd, Suite 103, Greensboro, NC, 274099 for the relocation of a Samsung GC85 Dual Panel Digital Robotic Radiographic System. Excel Imaging Solutions LLC is the sole provider within the Southeast region of the United States capable of providing the requested service identified on the Statement of Work Statement and Justification and Approval. This notice will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) Website at https://beta.sam.gov/. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the FBO site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. For this action, the North American Classification System Code is 811219 and Product Service Code J065. Based on market research and contacts made with knowledgeable individuals within the government it has been determined that the DON's requirement can only be provided by Excel Imaging Solutions, LLC., as they are the sole dealer within the Southeastern region of the United States authorized to provide the requested services and or products. IAW FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii), all interested parties may submit a bid, proposal or quotation, which shall be evaluated and or considered for award. All interested parties shall provide a response to this requirement to this office NLT 3:00 pm, EST, 24 June 2020. Responses will be accepted via the FBO or email to the attention of Kloh-Ann Derosin, Contract Specialist, at kloh-ann.c.derosin.civ@mail.mil. Telephone requests will not be considered. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon response(s) to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
