Request for Information: Additive Manufacturing
Solicitation # N0010427RZ058
The Naval Supply Systems Command Weapon Systems Support is conducting market research through Request for Information N0010427RZ058 to identify qualified sources capable of designing, producing, and delivering piece part components or entire assemblies using additive manufacturing methods. The government is specifically interested in vendors who can meet rigorous manufacturing, material, performance, testing, and quality assurance requirements. Interested businesses must provide detailed administrative data, descriptions of their manufacturing capabilities, facility certifications such as ISO 9001 or AS9100, and evidence of past performance with similar military or commercial hardware. Additionally, the government is soliciting industry feedback on the development of objective evaluation criteria and the structuring of performance-based incentives for future Firm-Fixed-Price contracts. All produced components must be fully interchangeable with traditionally manufactured equivalents and strictly adhere to the baselines established in Project Peculiar Document 802-8436658. Responses are due by October 22, 2026.
