RAISE Grant Community Connectivity and Mobility

The Town of Tappahannock, Virginia, is soliciting proposals under RFP-2026-001 for professional consultant services to provide planning, design, and project management for the administration and oversight of a Rebuilding American Infrastructure with Sustainability and Equity (RAISE) Grant awarded by the U.S. Department of Transportation. The selected firm will be responsible for grant administration, subconsultant oversight, and ensuring compliance with federal requirements, including 2 CFR Part 200, FHWA reporting, and the DELPHI eInvoicing system.
