The Utah Air National Guard is seeking capability packages from potential contractors to provide and install replacement raised access computer floor tiles in a 77' x 37' room at Building 302, Room 110, Roland R. Wright Air National Guard Base in Salt Lake City, Utah. This requirement is strictly for replacing existing tiles into the current understructure without modifying or installing new pedestals or grid systems. Contractors must supply 700 concrete-filled floor tiles and 100 perforated airflow tiles, each 24" x 24", meeting stringent technical specifications including Class A flame spread, non-combustible construction, and specific load-bearing standards such as a 1250 lb design load, 2500 lb ultimate load, and 1000 lb rolling load over ten passes. Installation services must include cutting exactly eighty holes for data and power cables, sealing the cuts to industry standards, and providing industry-standard grommets. All cutting must occur off-site in a designated staging area, and personnel must clear security clearance for a classified environment and remain escorted at all times during work. Old tiles must be removed and disposed of off-site in compliance with local regulations. The project is anticipated to begin on September 1, 2026, with delivery and installation required no later than 90 days after award, and vendors unable to meet this timeline must propose the best alternative.
