AMENDMENT 01: This solicitation is amended to change the requirement from Brand Name Only to Brand Name or Equal, and to extend the quote due date to 26 May 2026.
1. Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with RFO 12.202(b). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.
The Government intends to issue a firm-fixed-price purchase order for the required items. This solicitation is conducted using simplified procedures under RFO 12.201-1, and the Government reserves the right to award multiple contracts if deemed in its best interest.
This solicitation is issued as a 100% small business set-aside. The associated NAICS Code is 332994 (Small Arms, Ordnance, and Ordnance Accessories Manufacturing), with a small business size standard of 1,000 employees.
