This notice is provided for informational purposes only. The Department of Justice, Procurement Services Staff, on behalf the Security and Emergency Programs Staff, intends to issue a GSA FSS task order to Rapiscan Systems, Inc., 2805 Columbia Street, Torrence CA for maintenance services on Rapiscan X-ray scanners that are installed in several DOJ buildings. Rapiscan is the only vendor that can provide maintenance on these scanners. Rapiscan is including open market items as part of performing the maintenance on these scanners. There will not be any consideration to purchase the open market items separate from the FSS award. This is not a request for quotations and no solicitation will be issued for the open market items.
