Raytheon Contract Extension

The Government intends to issue a modification to the Raytheon Company long term contract SPM900-05-D-9706 to extend the contract period from March 24, 2015 through December 31, 2015. This action will be completed by issuance of a single source award through a contract modification. The contract award is for 189 NSNs coded to Raytheon Company, CAGE 072E5. See attached. This action is being pursued to ensure continued coverage of NSNs listed while the successor long term contract initiative is being evaluated and subsequently awarded for Raytheon parts. Information regarding the modification can be obtained from the primary point of contact Pam Ritch (Pamela.ritch@dla.mil). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however any interested parties supplying other than genuine Raytheon parts may submit an offer/quote to the point of contact above for consideration. All offers shall be in the English language and in U. S. dollars. Specifications, plans, or drawings are not available on these NSNs. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore the Government intends to solicit and contract with only the approved source under authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). All terms and conditions as indicated in the current contract will remain the same for the contract period from March 24, 2015 through December 31, 2015.
