This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC2005-81 and DFARS Change notice 20150626. It is the contractor's responsibility to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The Naval Oceanographic Office, Stennis Space Center, MS, intends to issue a sole source, fixed price purchase order to Raytheon Trusted Computer Solutions, Inc., 12950 WorldGate Drive STE 600, Herndon, Va 20170-6024. This requirement is for 1 each Raytheon High Speed Guard Hardware Bundle meeting the specifications attached. FOB: Destination, Stennis Space Center, MS 39522-5001. The government reserves the right to make one, multiple or no award resulting from this solicitation.
