The General Services Administration requires work to replace the cooling tower media in both cooling towers at the RC White Federal Building (TX0272ZZ) 700 East San Antonio Avenue, El Paso, Texas in accordance with the attached Scope of Work. This procurement will be procured as a small business set-aside using FAR Part-12 procedures. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible Offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. Please utilize the attachment titled Bid Schedule when submitting your proposal. A site visit is scheduled for June 12, 2017 at 1:00 PM Mountain Time at the RC White Federal Building, 700 East San Antonio Avenue Ste 403, El Paso, Texas, 79901.
