THIS REQUIREMENT MAY RESULT IN MULTIPLE MODIFICATIONS TO CURRENT CONTRACT W56HZV-14-C-0154. ACC-WRN INTENDS TO AWARD THESE MODIFICATION ACTIONS ON A SOLE SOURCE BASIS TO JCB, INC.
