REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP)
TITLE: THE ROYAL CANADIAN MOUNTED POLICE (RCMP) MAINTENANCE AND SUPPORT SERVICES (M&SS) UHF, VHF, HF, MICROWAVE, SATELLITE ANTENNA SYSTEMS AND THEIR SUPPORT STRUCTURES
The Work to be performed under this requirement will be to support and accomplish the Maintenance and Support Services (M&SS) of the antennas, antenna structures, towers and communications dishes and cabling that comprise the strategic national communications infrastructure utilized by the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP).
The requirement is for the provision of repair, maintenance, calibration, testing, modification, installation, dismantlement, packaging, engineering, instruction and support services for a large family of antenna systems distributed across Canada.
The Contractor will have to provide the Work described in the Annex A - Statement of Work (SOW) of the RFP.
The Contractor will have to perform all Work under the resulting contract through the issuance of approved Task Authorizations.
The intent is to award one Contract commencing upon Contract award date for a period of there (3) years with an irrevocable option on the part of Canada to extend the period of any resulting Contract by up to four (4) additional one (1) year periods under the same conditions.
Delivery Date: Above-mentioned
The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
