Responses to the information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate set-aside and acquisition method. The Regional Health Contracting Office - Pacific intends to award an Firm, Fixed-Price contract for a base period with up to four options to the successful offeror using FAR Part 12 commercial items procedures. The requirement is for a monthly fixed lease contract that includes equipment, reagents, collection devices, maintenance, and service for current established testing methods for microbial identification and resistance markers by PCR in patient samples.
