The U.S. Embassy Nassau is seeking legal services for the sale of a property in Nassau, The Bahamas, under solicitation number 19BF5026Q0012, issued on May 11, 2026, with proposals due by May 26, 2026. Proposals must be submitted in three distinct volumes: Volume 1 includes the executed Standard Form 18 and pricing data; Volume 2 contains management and operational information such as past performance, business legitimacy, SAM registration, qualifications, work plan, quality assurance plan, licenses, permits, and insurance; and Volume 3 provides detailed cost breakdowns including hourly rates, overhead, general and administrative costs, profit, subcontractor fees, and travel expenses.
