Real property capital project delivery services

Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development (DFATD) requires the services of a team of two (2) project specialists with experience in the management and administration of real property to support the delivery of capital projects. These specialists will provide expertise and critical support in the definition of real property program needs and will assist in the research, identification and documentation of technical requirements and capabilities to support the preparation, posting and evaluation of one or more Requests for Proposal (RFP’s) for the procurement of a wide range of services in support of project delivery. The services procured may include property management, project delivery, project management, architectural and engineering services and construction of international real property assets for which GAC is custodian or in which it is a primary tenant. Work includes engaging the providers and purchasers of real property services in select international jurisdictions, providing support for the development of Statements of Work, Performance Measures, Terms of Payment and Quality Monitoring requirements that typically form part of RFP’s for real property services, conducting technical evaluation(s) and assisting in the development of GAC capacity to manage the subsequent transition and contract initiation activities associated with the resulting contractual arrangements.
