The services to be provided consist of operation and management of the Real-Time Environmental Monitoring and Alert System (REMAS) and related equipment installed at various Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWD) facilities at China Lake, CA, operated by the Ordnance Test and Evaluation Division. Specifically, this tasking includes continuous operation, necessary maintenance, certification, and replacement of hardware, regular security updates, and continuous improvements and modernization. This requirement is covered under the “Safeguarding Covered Defense Information and Cyber Incident Reporting” pursuant to 252.204-7012.
