The General Services Administration (GSA), National Capitol Region (NCR), Public Building Services (PBS), Acquisition Management Division (AMD), Washington, DC 20407 intends to issue a sole source Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) award to Appraisal Institute to provide training requirements for - Realty Leasing Contracting Officers under the authority of FAR 6.302.1(a)(2) and GSA Acquisition Letter V 05-13, when the supplies or services required by the Agency are available from only one responsible source and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy Agency requirement. This Notice of Intent is not a request for quotations or an announcement of a forthcoming solicitation. Interested persons may identity their interest and capability by responding in writing with clear and convincing evidence to support their ability to provide the training requirements for Realty Leasing Contracting Officers. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed award is based upon the justification for a logical follow-on and GSA Acquisition Letter V 05-13. Responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If no affirmative written response is received by the above "Response Date" then a sole source award will be issued to Appraisal Institute Incorporated.
