REBID: Historic Parks Recovery Construction (Federally Funded)

The City of Asheville is seeking sealed bids for the Historic Parks Recovery Construction project, identified as solicitation 298-FY27-PR-REBID-HistoricParksRecovery. This federally funded construction rebid focuses on replacing damaged structures within the Historic Montford District, specifically at Riverside Cemetery and the Montford Park Tennis Complex. The scope of work includes the replacement of historic stone retaining walls, a historic entry gate, non-historic fencing, asphalt roadways, and various stormwater infrastructure.
