Full Description

Middletown Township, Bucks County, will utilize electronic bidding to receive sealed bids for the 2024 Middletown Township New Outdoor Deck Project on the Barn at Community Park. Sealed bids must be submitted online through the PennBid electronic procurement program prior to Tuesday, 8/202024 at 11:00 AM ET. The anticipated award date is September 12. Construction must be completed by December 18. All documents and solicitation details are available at no cost through PennBid (https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com). No pre-bid meeting is scheduled. Bidders are required to provide Bid Security in an amount equal to 10% of the total amount bid. Bid Security may be provided in the form of a certified check, or a bid bond issued by a Surety Company licensed to transact such business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Bidders are required to comply with the Township’s Responsible Contractor Ordinance. Upon award of a contract, the Successful Bidder shall provide a Performance Bond in the amount of 100% of the awarded contract value. Upon completion of the contract, the Successful Bidder shall provide a 2-year Maintenance Bond in the amount of 100% of the final contract value.
