Work includes but not limited to removal of existing Front Range structure, including concrete foundation, timber support, piles and tower. The work includes the removal of submarine cable and associated electrical equipment service front range. Construct two new range structures, front and rear, including platforms, ladders, boat landing, navigational equipment, and all appurtenances and equipment. Due to the age of the structure, it is likely that lead-based paint is present on all or most painted surfaces. All exterior surfaces of caissons, channels, plates, structural tubing and all steel appurtenances to include the boat landing platform. The performance period is 236 DANTP. This procurement is estimated between $1.0M and $5.0M. This procurement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside.
