Full Description

The United States Coast Guard, Operation Service Center intends to solicit on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) to AvL Technologies, 15 N. Merrimon Ave, Asheville, NC 28804. Avl Technologies is the sole manufacturer of Very Small Aperture Terminal (VSAT) model 965 motorized case based antenna systems. The United States Coast Guard has a requirement for recalibration, repair and on-site training of these systems. The government intends to acquire this support for a Period of Performance November 4, 2019 - November 22, 2019. This solicitation for services will be one (1) Line Item with a quantity of two (2) Jobs No qualification requirement is necessary to be eligible for award. All responsible sources may submit a response which, if timely received, must be considered by the agency. This notice of intent is NOT a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for competitive quotes. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.
