Contract Overview
Solicitation details, issuing organization, response deadlines, documents, and interested companies for this government contract opportunity.
AI Contract Overview
The United States Government is conducting market research to identify qualified industry sources capable of designing and producing X-Band Receive Microwave Assemblies along with associated power supplies, under the NAICS code 334511. This effort is not a solicitation and no funding is available for response preparation; all submissions are voluntary and intended solely to inform the government’s future acquisition strategy. Interested parties are encouraged to submit detailed capability information through the provided Contractor Capability Survey, which includes responses on technical expertise, production capacity, and past performance relevant to microwave assemblies. The work is expected to occur at Warner Robins Air Force Base in Georgia, and potential contractors should anticipate collaboration with military, civilian, and national partner personnel. Small businesses are specifically encouraged to respond, even if they do not possess full capability to fulfill the entire requirement, as the government will evaluate teaming arrangements, joint ventures, or subcontracting partnerships to determine viable paths for small business participation. Responses should clearly outline any alliances, including supporting documentation such as letters or emails indicating roles and responsibilities of each party. Small businesses are also asked to identify any portion of the work that could be set aside exclusively for small business performance. No set-aside decision has been made, and the government retains full discretion over the procurement approach. All inquiries must be submitted in writing to the designated points of contact—Brandon Jones, Elizabeth Fuller, and Robert Cowden—no later than August 22, 2026.
