Receiver Transmitter Applicable AN/APX-113

The original notice is amended to include 2 ordering periods and quantity ranges applicable to these ordering periods. Due to the larger requirement the solicitation number is revised from SPRWA1-11-Q-33875 to SPRWA1-11-R-33875. This action is to add the following requirement to the DLA umbrella contract SPM400-06-D-9405: NSN 5895-01-441-9089CX, P/N 1003002G-6, applicable to the AN/APX-113, Ordering Period 1 (1 year) quantity of 3 - 25 each, Ordering Period 2 (1 year) quantity of 3 - 25 each, delivery 6 months ARO. The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, BAE Greenlawn NY, CAGE 80249, under authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within thirty days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for purposes of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
