Reconstruction of Canatara Log Cabin

The scope of work required under this request includes the historic restoration and reconstruction of the Canatara Cabin located at the Lambton Heritage Museum, Grand Bend, Ontario. Work must commence and be completed in accordance with the schedule, detailed drawings and specifications provided. See detailed drawings and specifications for historic restoration and reconstruction of the Canatara Log Cabin.Once work commences, the County requires that the project be worked on continuously with a one (1) year time frame between September 1, 2022 to September 1, 2023 until complete. On occasion other related work will be required. The County will whenever possible request that the successful contractor complete the work on a time and materials basis utilizing the hourly rates provided on the form of tender. Hourly rates must include all associated expenses such as tools, trucks, etc. No additional costs beyond the hourly rate such as fuel surcharges or other expenses will be allowed or considered.Removal and disposal of any refuse materials to be assumed by Contractor. Contractor to site verify ALL dimensions.
