Canada Border Service Agency (CBSA) has a requirement to establish a Departmental Individual Standing Offer (DISO) for the service of secure off-site records storage and destruction of physical records and documents on an "as and when requested" basis.
It is the intent to issue Departmental Individual Standing Offers for given geographic regions as Atlantic, Quebec, National Capital (NCR), Ontario (NOR, SOR and GTA), Western/Prairies (PRA) and Pacific (PAC).
The purpose of these Regional Master Standing Offers (RMSO) are to provide services associated with the secure off-site storage, management of government records and document destruction services in each geographic region as defined in Annex D -Geographical Regions. Offerors may submit an offer considering the region they wish to cover over Canada.
The services are to be provided on an ’as and when requested’’ basis for the duration of the Standing Offer period.
The period for making call-ups against the Standing Offer is from June, 1, 2023 to 31 May, 2026.
If the Standing Offer is authorized for use beyond the one-year initial period, the Offeror offers to extend its offer for an additional two (2) periods, of one-year each, under the same terms and conditions and at the prices calculated in accordance with the formula specified in the Standing Offer.
The Offeror will be advised of the decision to authorize the use of the Standing Offer for an extended period by the Standing Offer Authority ninety (90) days before the expiry date of the Standing Offer. A revision to the Standing Offer will be issued by the Standing Offer Authority.
