RECOVERY - This project is UNRESTRICTED. The magnitude of this project is between $25 million and $50 million. Provide all plant, labor and material for the construction of the Main floodway Levees (23rd St - FM 1015) in Hidalgo County Texas. This 43.2 mile levee reach has an estimated magnitude between $25 million and $50 million. Performance period is 367 calendar days. Work consists of preparation of removal and stockpiling, if suitable for reuse, of gravel/topsoil/caliche or riprap; removal of existing pavements and structures; clearing and grubbing, installation and maintenance of erosion control measures; silt fencing; construction entrances and exits. Work includes benched excavation; placement of embankment; placement of topsoil and riprap; and seeding of disturbed areas.
