Contract Number: GS-07P-08-HH-D-0085 Oder Number: GS-P-07-10-UM-5008 Amount: $308,369.85 //////////// This opportunity is only available to the contractor under the existing Architect/Engineering IDIQ Contract for Texas Zone III under Contract No. GS-07P-08-HHD-0085. (PDG, Inc., Houston, TX). The Request for Proposal (RFP) package will be sent to the designated IDIQ contractor. This notice is not a notice for solicitation for offers. The Construction Manager as agent (CMa) is responsible for ensuring the interests of GSA, as the owner, are well served. In this regard, the CMa shall assist the GSA in ensuring the requirements, with regard to scope, schedule, budget, quality and other aspects of the project, are met. The CMa shall serve as a facilitator and coordinator of the activities of all parties to ensure the project execution proceeds according to plan. The CMa shall participate in the commissioning process, and coordinate with the GSA and the Commissioning Agent (introduced below) to meet the objectives of the project commissioning plan.
