RECOVERY-- NZAS051038 - Repair Substation Breakers

RECOVERY ACT-The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation at any time. This project is for the Repair/Replacement of Circuit Breakers at the bases main substation, Malmstrom AFB, (Great Falls) Montana. Work consists of the contractor providing all labor, equipment, transportation, materials, quality control and supervision necessary to conduct all repairs or maintenance requirements throughout, Malmstrom AFB, MT, in accordance with the project specifications, drawings and blueprints The Request For Proposal will be available on or about 16 May 2009. The Request for Proposal will close on or about 16 June 2009. The Performance Period for this project is three hundred (300) calendar days after receiving the Notice to Proceed. The Notice to Proceed will be issued within 10 days after award of the solicitation. This acquisition is open to both large and small business in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The Request for Proposal will be available by Electronic Transmission only at: http://www.eps.gov.
