Recovery. This Notice is For Information Purposes Only. This opportunity is only available to the contractor under the existing Architect/Engineering IDIQ Contract for Texas Zone III under Contract No. GS-07P-04-HHD-1014. (PDG, Inc., Houston, TX). The Request for Proposal (RFP) package will be sent to the designated IDIQ contractor. This notice is not a notice for solicitation for offers. Perform design services for repairs and alterations to the USPO/Courthouse in Galveston, TX. All MEP systems formerly located within the USPO/Courthouse basement will need to be relocated to a new building proposed to be built adjacent to the structure currently containing the sally port, emergency generator and fire pump. Provide design services for the new building and the replacement of damaged building systems with new which provide the greatest energy efficiency. Provide design solution for the replacement of building finishes damaged or destroyed by the hurricane throughout the building. Provide landscape plan to include replacement of foundation planting and trees on site destroyed by the storm surge.
