RECOVERY--Clamshell maintenance dredging of approximately 175,000 cubic yards of material from Inner Crossover Channel at Grays Harbor. Disposal is to be by bottom dump barge at Point Chehalis and South Jetty open water disposal site. Estimated Cost Range: $500,000 to $1,000,000 The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 237990 with a size standard of $20 Million. This procurement is 100% set aside for small business (See Note 27). For the purposes of this procurement, a concern is considered a small business if its annual average gross revenue, taken for the last 3 fiscal years, does not exceed $20 million.
