RECOVERY This notice is for information purposes only. This opportunity is available only to the Contractor awarded the construction project under Contract No. C5010070905 for "DRTO-16537B Preserve Fort Jefferson Phase II." The construction contract was awarded as the result of a full and open competitive acquisiton in Fiscal Year 2007 and had a 970-calendar day period of performance. During performance a differing site condtion was discovered, that will be covered by a modification to the contract for performance by the contractor. This differing site condition is within the scope of the contract. ARRA Funds will be use for the differing site condition modification.
