The Comprehensive Building Maintenance Contractor will deliver a full range of facility maintenance services to ensure the safety, functionality, and aesthetic quality of the building infrastructure. Services will be provided on a scheduled, reactive, as-needed and emergency basis. The Campus Energy Living Lab will transform RDP’s campus facilities into an integrated ‘Living Lab’, environment that allows industry partners to test, demonstrate and validate new and existing technologies, products and services, gather data, and disseminate findings to innovate and enhance the sustainability and health outcomes of facilities where customers, employees, and residents live, work, learn, recreate, and raise their families. The successful proponent will be an industry-leading integrated facility management services provider with the vision and expertise to partner with RDP and provide leadership toward the creation a Living Lab whereby the Polytechnic’s physical environments are leveraged to conduct real-world applied research of current and emerging technologies, products, and services that enhance the quality, health, safety, livability and sustainability, of indoor commercial, residential and public environments.
