RED HAT ANSIBLE RENEWAL - BRAND SPECIFIC

The County of Los Angeles Internal Services Department is soliciting bids for a brand-specific renewal of Red Hat software licenses for the ISD-D.P.D. This procurement is strictly brand-specific and does not allow for substitutions. The scope of work includes one-year renewals for 42 units of Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform Standard (100 Managed Nodes) and 6 units of Red Hat Runtimes Premium (2 Cores or 4 vCPUs). All provided software must be new, unused, current models that meet the operating requirements of the using department. Bidders must submit a complete proposal by November 5, 2026, including a fully completed specification sheet and all required forms from Appendix A, such as the Proposer's Organization Questionnaire, Certification of Compliance, and Community Business Enterprise information. Authorized resellers or distributors must provide a certification letter from the manufacturer. The County will award the contract to the most responsive and responsible bidder based on trustworthiness, capacity, and experience. Payment terms are net 30 days, with expedited 15-day payment available for certified Local Small Business Enterprises. The County maintains the right to conduct acceptance tests within 30 days of receipt and serves as the sole judge of satisfactory performance.
