The City is accepting submissions from developers and associated parties for the transfer of ownership and redevelopment of an approximately 3.54-acre property commonly known as the J.H. Sessions and Sons Building at 273 Riverside Avenue, Bristol CT. Proposal submission documents are available for download via the document link noted below. Additionally, an aerial view of the property and an aerial view of the Riverside Avenue area are provided for reference.Proposal submissions will be accepted by the Purchasing Department until September 5, 2019 at 1:00 pm; submissions received after this date and time will not be considered.
