Redevelopment Opportunity Request for Proposals - Former Kims Korner Site

The City of Melissa, Texas, has issued Request for Proposals 2024-002 for the redevelopment of a city-owned site encompassing approximately 1.5 acres located at 2322 Sam Rayburn Highway. While the city expresses a preference for a high-quality sit-down restaurant, it remains open to other unique, highest-and-best uses that align with the community's vision. The selected developer will be responsible for securing financing, engaging consultants, obtaining necessary permits, and managing the construction and ongoing operation of the project.
