REDUCER, PIPE

This solicitation is for the procurement of 85 pipe reducers under part number 4730-01-096-3177 for the Department of Defense Fluid Handling Division. The items are to be manufactured using a metal casting process, which requires specific tooling. Sourcing and technical assistance for tooling and materials are managed through the Aviation, C&E, or Land and Maritime supply chains. The delivery requirement is set for 230 days after order. The supplier must adhere to DLA packaging requirements and provide a Certificate of Quality Compliance for each manufacturing lot delivered. These certificates must be prepared according to the Supplemental Quality Assurance Provision and uploaded electronically via the iRAPT system. All required data and documentation costs must be included in the price of the procured items. The contract is subject to Covered Defense Information regulations.
