Each refill kit contains twelve core life-saving medical devices per COTCCC Tier 1 guidelines, including a limb tourniquet, hemostatic gauze, pre-lubricated nasopharyngeal airway, vented chest seal, chest decompression needle, compression bandage, roll gauze, compression wrap, eye shield, gloves, DD1380 form, and a marker. The kits utilize a color-coded RAMPART packaging system to minimize cognitive load during high-stress field interventions and improve rapid visual identification of life-saving equipment.
