Refurbishment of Torque Motor Magnetic Field Ring Assemblies

Solicitation N0025326R7006, issued by the Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport, is an Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity procurement for the refurbishment and repopulation of Torque Motor Magnetic Field Ring Assemblies (DMISA rings). The scope of work involves the depopulation of existing magnets and the installation of new magnets for four variations of rings: plated steel azimuth, stainless steel azimuth, plated steel elevation, and stainless steel elevation. The contractor is responsible for grinding items to meet final dimensions and performing all required tests and inspections in accordance with NAVSEA Drawings 7447999 Rev I and 7448000 Rev F. The government has established a maximum order quantity of 2,540 units, with specific delivery requirements of 180 calendar days after receipt of government furnished property. The contract will be awarded to a single offeror using the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source selection process. To be considered, offerors must be rated acceptable in technical capability, quality management systems (ISO 9001:2015 or equivalent), risk management, and past performance. Access to controlled technical drawings requires validated JCP and CMMC certifications.
