Title: Refuse and Recycling Collection Services - Salem, VA
Location: PFC Cloyse E. Hall USARC, 1915 Roanoke Blvd, Salem VA 24153-6488.
Description: The U.S. Army Contracting Command - New Jersey (ACC-NJ) is conducting market research on behalf of the 99th Readiness Division to identify capable sources to provide refuse and recycling collection services.
The government requires a contractor to provide all personnel, supplies, supervision, equipment, and transportation necessary to perform the following:

Container Provision: Supply, deliver, and maintain two (2) 8-cubic-yard dumpsters (one for general refuse, one for commingled recyclables).

Refuse & Recycling Collection: Perform weekly collection and disposal of all materials from the provided containers.

Disposal: Transport and dispose of all waste and recyclable materials at a licensed off-site facility in accordance with all local, state, and federal regulations.

Bulky Waste (As-Needed): Provide and service two (2) 15-yard roll-off containers for wood and metal disposal on an as-needed basis, not to exceed one collection per container per year.
