The contractor shall provide all supervision, personnel, equipment, transportation, and other items and services necessary to perform refuse collection service at Barksdale Air Force Base, Louisiana. The contractor shall perform in accordance with standards outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The PROPOSED SOLICITATION IS A COMPETITIVE 8(a) SET-ASIDE UNDER NAICS 562111. Small business size standard is $35.5 million.
