Refuse Services This solicitation is for a non-personal service for all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision, and all other items and services necessary to perform Integrated Solid Waste Management (ISWM) Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) Collection at Columbus AFB, MS. The selected/awarded Contractor shall: Empty MSW containers/dumpsters at 80 different locations around Columbus AFB, not including the need for emergency services and collection of debris from construction sites outlined in Appendix A of the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). Pick-up frequency varies by location, but is at least once a week. Please see attached PWS for more specification of the work to be performed. The solicitation number for this acquisition is FA3022-17-R-0007; and is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). This solicitation will be set aside for 100% Small Business Set-Aside concerns with a $38.5 million Small Business Size Standard. Performance is to begin on 01 October 2017 with a one (1) year base and four (4) one (1) year options. The primary North American Industry Classification System code is 562111. The Federal Supply Classification code is S205. This solicitation is a competitive RFP and award will be based on commercial procedures found in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12. Award will be made to the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) in accordance with FAR Subpart 13.5. The evaluation factors will be price, technical and past performance. This solicitation is available to view and download on the Federal Business Opportunity website (www.fedbizopps.gov). PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. All prospective offerors are responsible to visit the web page frequently and obtain the solicitation, any amendments and/or other information pertaining to this solicitation. No telephone calls or written requests for this solicitation package will be accepted. Please reference the attached Solicitation and attachments for required information pertaining to this RFP. A site visit will be conducted at 09:00 a.m. Central Time on 14 June 2017 at Columbus AFB, MS for the purpose of answering questions regarding this solicitation. We will be meeting at the Columbus AFB Visitor's Center located outside of the main gate 15 minutes prior. Transportation will be provided to and from the site visit. Please provide the Contract Administrator with names of attendees no later than Tuesday, 13 June 2017 at 2:00 p.m. Central Time.
