The U.S. Army Contracting Command, Aberdeen Proving Ground, Natick Contracting Division, plans to execute a four-month sole source contract with Waste Management of Massachusetts, Inc. to continue providing refuse services at the Natick Soldier System Center and four nearby Army Family Housing areas in Massachusetts. Although this announcement is not a formal request for competitive proposals, the government invites responsible parties with the necessary capabilities to submit factual information demonstrating their qualifications within 15 days. Responses should be directed in writing to the designated Contracting Officer, Mr. Michael Vincent, via email, and all inquiries must be made in writing with no telephone communication accepted. The final decision to compete or not compete the procurement rests solely with the Contracting Officer. The solicitation is associated with NAICS code 562111 and is managed by the Department of Defense office located in Natick, Massachusetts.
