The Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency (ACOA) requires the services of an Evaluation Services Consultant(s) as it is coordinating a national hybrid evaluation of the Regional Economic Growth through Innovation (REGI) Program on behalf of the seven regional development agencies (RDAs) delivering the program in their respective regions: ACOA, Canada Economic Development for Quebec Regions (CED), Prairies Economic Development Canada (PrairiesCan), Pacific Economic Development Canada (PacifiCan), the Federal Economic Development Agency for Southern Ontario (FedDev), the Federal Economic Development Agency for Northern Ontario (FedNor), and the Canadian Northern Economic Development Agency (CanNor).The evaluation Is conducted in accordance with the Treasury Board Policy on Results and the Financial Administration Act, which require all departments to conduct an evaluation of the relevance and performance of all federal grants and contributions programs that have a five-year average actual expenditure of $5 million or more per year.
