DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) – Project No. IE001858_81454 – Rehabilitate Runway 12-30, 14 Wing Greenwood, NS The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision, and equipment necessary to rehabilitate runway 12-30 at CFB Greenwood, Nova Scotia NOTE: There is no site visit scheduled for this opportunity. The estimated cost for this opportunity is in the range of $20,800,000.00. The Work must reach Substantial Completion no later than October 31, 2024 and must be completed no later than November 30, 2024. No work shall take place on site from August 23, 2024 through August 26, 2024 inclusive, due to the airshow. During this period, all equipment must be parked at the laydown area. This solicitation is being conducted in accordance with the requirements set out in the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), Chapter Nineteen of the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) and the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-GPA). The selected contractor will be required to hold a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS), issued by the Contract Security Program (CSP) within Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC).  Details concerning the Security Requirements for this project are identified in Amendment No.1 to the tender documents.
