MAXIMO: CTD3YN *2/1/2024 ASG PROVIDED ROOF DESIGN ANALYSIS REPORT FOR REVIEW BY COB 2/15/2024 *1/16/2024 - ASG PROVIDED B581 DRAFT REPAIR SUBMITTAL REPORT FROM TOLAND & MIZELL ARCHITECTS, INC. *12/1/2023 FINAL SAES AND IGCE SENT TO PWD ON 6 JUNE 2022 AWARDED 11 SEPTEMBER 2023. TRACKING A JUNE 2024 T.O. COMPLETION 29SEP23 - Added per NSWC SRM list for FY24 construction. 05APR2023 BASE: 88K -- Pre-Design (Studies and Site Analysis) OPT1: 103K – Design & Quality Control OPT2: 97k – PCAS & Commissioning 06MAR2023 Received the Final SAES with provisions. This is in addition to TF1# 39880 submitted on 5/8/2020 for Building 581: A) Address roofing and draining system to ensure building water tightness: to include replacement of roof covering, coping, flashing, insulation, roof geometry to prevent ponding, scupper and downspout location to prevent water intrusion on upper and lower roofs. B) Address envelope issues for air and moisture barrier intrusion and corresponding pressure and envelope tests: to include doors, windows, and material transitions, e.g. north and east pedestrian doors do not fully seal, north and east windows historically leak, EFIS band (between brick and tilt up panel) around building is compromised, and water stains are visible on inside of exterior wall and ceiling tiles on decks one and two. Option: Remove brick efflorescence and apply hydrophobic sealer. See block 25 for additional items.
