Full Description
This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for commercial supplies with embedded services prepared in accordance with the format in the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Part 12, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Quotes are being requested and no separate solicitation document will be issued.
The purpose of this solicitation is for the Government to obtain commercial services for Arnold Engineering Development Complex (AEDC) at Tunnel 9, White Oak, MD, to perform inspection and maintenance services for relay calibration and transformer inspection. The objective is to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and safety of the transformers through preventive and corrective maintenance. Under this effort, the contractor will perform standard electrical inspections to onsite equipment, provide a baseline for the current equipment as well as any recommendations for repairs, and perform calibration of electro-mechanical and switchgear protective relays in accordance with Attachment 1 – Statement of Work (SOW).
The vendor must be eligible to receive, and must formally request, Attachment 1 - Statement of Work (SOW) and its supporting documents (which are marked Distribution Statement C) no later than 3:00 PM Central Standard Time (CST) on Thursday, 7 May 2026.
